Sick Baby Update

Hello and welcome to the latter part of Sunday night and the weekend! I am writing this and listening to Sean read to Elizabeth, it's rather cute. Thankfully, we made it through the weekend with our sanity still intact for the most part. It was a tough weekend in some places and others, normal. Crazy how that works.

Elizabeth's fever was gone by Friday afternoon, but sadly her screaming still has not quite left the building. At some point every day she has spent quite a lot of time screaming and screaming and screaming for whatever reason, we do not know. Then just like that, she is back to normal. It is odd, but very true. Sadly, the poor baby still has a ton of congestion, coughing, and sneezing. I wish there was something we else we could do for her, but we are keeping up our steam baths, humidifier, and saline drops (although, she has gotten really wise to them)!

We are going for our 4 month check up on Wednesday so we will see what our doctor has to say. I hope Elizabeth is feeling better by then.
