What Happened?

So you thought I fell off the face of the planet again?  Well, I kind of did, but most of what happened was life getting in the way...and a plumbing leak that had us living at my gracious sister and brother-in-law's home for almost a solid two weeks.  Yep, February went by by like a huge gust of wind.  Here are some of the highlights that may or may not be covered in later posts:

• Elizabeth celebrated her 4th birthday
• My dad had shoulder surgery.
• We lived with my sister and brother-in-law--and discovered a sick train wreck of an obsession for watching The Bachelor.  Karen--don't take away my sparkle.
• Elizabeth moved into a new class at gymnastics.
• Elizabeth's spring soccer season has begun again and so far, it is better than last season--at least on her playing part.  :)
• Girl's weekend in Friscohoma!  And what weekend is not complete without some shopping?
• Work, work, and lots of work.
• New carpet and new paint! Wow, what a difference that has made in our home in such a short period of time.
• Valentine's Day--and my husband made me something pretty special.  Yes, you read that correctly, MADE.
• The Academy Awards!  My Super Bowl complete with a long pre-game--the red carpet for those who are not following my analogy.
• Oh the things Elizabeth says...
