I know that we are kind of moving away from the all things pumpkin time of year, but I could not resist sharing this yummy wonder of a treat that we got from our friend Allison.
Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Preheat oven to 350
1 small can of pumpkin
1 box of spice cake mix
Mix together and then spoon into cupcake papers sprayed with a non-stick spray.
Bake for 18-20 minutes
Delicious...and best with a glass of cold milk! Enjoy!
